Research skill, motivation and passion.

In a workshop in the USA in June that Cathy, Connie and I ran, we presented 'affect realm' descriptors that connected to each RSD facet.
RSD Facet Affect realm
1. Embark ==> Curious
2. Find/generate ==> Determined
3. Evaluate ==> Critical
4. Organise and manage ==> Organised
5. Analyse and Synthesise=>Creative
6. Communicate==> Persuasive

The atmosphere was pretty fired up, with groups suggesting their own descriptors. What 6 one-word descriptors would you suggest? The above ones have changed since that workshop! This Blogg and maybe the wiki if needed may be a good place to debate the best 6 words. What words would you use?
